Finally a victory for the little guy. Gateway Classic Cars came at this website with its lawyers from Affinity Law Group, LLC of Saint Louis, Missouri and paid $1,000 to World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), which is the international agency in charge of domain name rights and registrations, to shut down this website. Yet, on August 16, 2019 WIPO ruled that the registrant of gatewayclassiccars.info was acting within their Constitutional right of Free Speech and did not establish this website in ‘bad faith’. It sure feels good to be an American and given a fair chance to stand up against corporate bullies and criminal operations. WIPO did state in their ruling that the appropriate venue for Gateway Classic Cars to air their dispute with us is with a ‘defamation’ lawsuit brought in a civil court. We agree with WIPO and we would love to get into court with the owner of Gateway Classic Cars so that we can raise the issue of his company being a criminal operation and worthy of a RICO investigation. Over the decades, thousands of people have been deceived and robbed by Gateway Classic Cars through their consignment scheme. We will continue the work here to expose them and to help you make the best decision for your interest in buying or consigning at Gateway Classic Cars.

Gateway Classic Cars has paid Affinity Law Group, LLC of Saint Louis, Missouri again to continue a legal remedy against gatewayclassiccars.info rather than do the right thing and stop their criminal practice. They have paid $1,000 to file a complaint with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), which is the international agency in charge of domain name rights and registrations. Gateway Classic Cars, LLC of Missouri is going to have to prove: 1. This domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which the complainant has rights; and 2. That Gateway Classic Cars, LLC has no rights or legitimate interest in respect of the domain name; and 3. This domain name has been registered and is being used in bad faith (bad faith meaning: this domain was bought with the purpose to sell or rent, this domain was registered in order to prevent the owner of the trademark or service mark from reflecting the mark in a corresponding domain name, this domain name is primarily for the purpose of disrupting the business of a competitor, or by using the domain name, you have intentionally attempted to attract, for commercial gain, Internet users to your web site or other on-line location, by creating a likelihood of confusion with the complainant’s mark as to the source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your web site or location or of a product or service on your web site or location).
We will be promptly responding to WIPO about this matter. As we have stated from the beginning, this site exists to educate potential buyers and consignors at Gateway Classic Cars about their deceptive practices. We have never told anyone not to buy or consign there, but have went out of our way to educate and advise about why not to buy or consign there and how to best buy or consign if you want to. If educating people about fraud is bad faith, then this world is in trouble. We have never presented ourselves as Gateway Classic Cars, LLC, but only has gatewayclassiccars.info – a full disclosure website. We have never pretended to be associated in any way with that criminal organization that defrauds and deceived their consignors. The only bad faith actor here is Gateway Classic Cars, LLC.
To shut us down, the only thing Gateway Classic Cars, LLC needs to do is demonstrate to us that they no longer ask their consignors to take less than their contracted ‘Net to Owner’, when 12.5% commission will be made on the deal, and that they no longer hide from their customers that they charge their buyers a ‘buyer’s fee’ that is charged to the consignor without their knowledge. Streetside Classics proved to us that they aren’t engaged in this practice and we removed them from this website. Gateway Classic Cars – Do the same and we will delete this website and associate Facebook page! Do it! Stop being a criminal organization and do the right thing! Stop being greedy! Stop committing sins!
We will fight this complaint. We thank you for all the legal help that we have been offered. Don’t worry, if this domain name goes away, we have several others just like it and other domain names that aren’t like it that are being mirrored to this domain right now. All the pages here have multiple copies and backups. If this site goes down, it will be right back up within hours under another domain name. We will continue this work and update all of the links that draw people here. This fight doesn’t end until Gateway Classic Cars, LLC stops their immoral and criminal behavior.

We have been contacted by Affinity Law Group, LLC of Saint Louis, Missouri. They are representing Gateway Classic Cars. They have demanded that we cease and desist all activities of trying to inform people about what deceptive practices that their client is engaged in, no longer inform Gateway Classic Car employees about this website, stop disclosing their clients fraudulent formulas to consign and sell vehicles, and assign this website and all associated products to Gateway Classic Cars. They state that their list of demands is not exclusive.
—– We respond that this website is not only about Gateway Classic Cars. It is also clear, as we say repeatedly, this disclosure is directed and all other consignment dealers who lie, cheat, and steal. We will not succumb to threats to stop this work of exposing criminal activity. We are just getting started. Our activities will not cease and desist until Gateway Classic Cars amend their business practices to work ethically on behalf of their clients. STOP asking your consignors to take less than 12.5% when you can make at least 12.5%. That is foul, immoral, unethical, and criminal.
It is a downright shame that Gateway Classic Cars has decided to take the path of legal maneuvers rather than amend their criminal practices.
